🐝✨ IN CASE YOU DIDN’T KNOW… THIS IS MY FORMAL ANNOUNCEMENT! ✨🐝

I’m SO excited to officially announce that Simply Grai Pretty Pastries will be available at Honey Bee Boutique & Sweets ! 🍓🍰✨

This is such a big step for me as I begin making my way back into stores and back into the public. After many ups and downs over the past few months, it feels extra special to have an opportunity like this, especially alongside a group of vendors who have experienced some of the same downs and challenges that I have. It makes it even more meaningful to have the opportunity to be back out in the community together, supporting each other and growing together. 🥹🫶🏼

And honestly, this feels like the next step in the right direction, leading me back to where I’m meant to be. 💗 Sometimes things don’t go the way you planned, but they end up putting you exactly where you’re supposed to be.

I’m genuinely SO excited to be surrounded by so many talented vendors, small businesses, and makers who deserve ALL the love and support. 💕 Please go show them some love, shop small, and support this amazing new space!

How’s everyone’s week going so far? Hopefully good!

I know a way it could get better though…. And that’s with a Pretty Pastry of course!

I have some big things going on behind the scenes this week, so I am closing preorders for this weeks Pretty Pastries later tonight. It’s earlier than usual I know, but the thing I’m working on this week is requiring all my attention. So if u need a Pretty Pastry to end your week on a good note, be sure to put those orders in by the end of the day today!

A quick reminder when ordering extra-stock pastries! 🩷

Please, please check your texts and emails after placing an order. Your order confirmation is sent there, and that’s where you’ll find the details for your pickup.

Also, please don’t submit an order form just to get a quote and then cancel later. If you’re only wanting to know pricing or what’s available, just message me! I’m more than happy to give you a quote. 🫶🏼

Each Pretty Pastry is $12 each.

When forms are submitted and then canceled or never picked up, it throws off my inventory numbers and creates a lot of unnecessary waste. I also label bags with customer names ahead of time, so when someone doesn’t check their form/messages, cancels, or doesn’t pick up, I’m left with labeled packaging that I can’t always reuse.

Just to clarify: preorders during the beginning of the week are different! 🩷 Preorders are made to order, so there isn’t extra-stock inventory that I’m trying to keep track of. This PSA is specifically about extra-stock forms/orders where I already have a set amount of pastries available. These numbers usually start Friday-Sunday.

I completely understand that things come up! ❤️ I’m just asking that if you’re unsure about ordering, message me first instead of submitting the form. It helps me keep my inventory accurate and prevents unnecessary waste.

That being said, I have a few pastries that were sold out earlier that have a few still available! (The pineapple being included 👀)

🍍 MEET THE PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE PRETTY PASTRY! 🍍

I’ve been wanting to add a cake-based Pretty Pastry back to the menu, so we’re testing this one first! 👀💛

This one is a light pineapple mousse with a fresh pineapple compote center, an almond cake bottom, all coated in thin white chocolate and finished with a little fondant pineapple topping. 🍍✨

I’ll be honest… I was nervous about adding cake back because my biggest worry was whether it would get soggy. 😅 So THIS is the test!

I need your feedback! If you grab one, let me know how you like the texture, especially that cake layer. Depending on how everyone feels about it, should this be a limited-time flavor or should we officially add it to the menu?! 👀
