Due to the weather & the band cancellation tonight at the Jam, we will not be opening up. We’ll be back slinging grub next week — stay tuned for menus && some new locations to find us!

GONE GONE! Sold out! Demop! Dammit I love you so much! The only thing left of our ribs is the slight hint of smoke in the air, and the promise that once there was something delicious here. Not days, not weeks of notice. Hours. In a matter of hours you bought every ounce of the noble pig that I had smoked. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, reminding me why I jumped feet first back into this chaotic world of food.

Ok folks. Who’s ready for some Smokey deliciousness. Taking orders for slabs of ribs. I’ll have them ready for pickup tomorrow at the Demopolis Farmers Market let me know so I can get your slab or slabs in the lineup. Will have a few extras, but not many.
Nothing goes with good ribs better than a dang fine sauce. We will also have bottles of our Double D's: On Deck Original lemme tell ya somethin sauce. If we sell out, we will take orders.
Ribs - $30/ slab
Sauce - $11/ bottle

If you were unable to make it downtown for lunch don’t worry. We will be opening back up for dinner at 4. We’ve also added a brisket plate if you’re not inclined towards the sandwich option. We will be open until 8 or we sell out. Also, ask about our chicken salad and pasta salad by the pound. As well as getting yourself a bottle of Double D’s bbq sauce. We will be downtown between Strawberry Jam and Culpepper Electric Co.
