Saigon Bistro is coming to Deland downtown!We will have a soft opening on July 27th and the grand opening at 10:00am on August 4th. There will be fireworks, dragon dance that will bring the excitement and lucks to the restaurant. What used to be Hunter’s Restaurant is now the new home of Saigon Bistro but with an updated, modern look. We’re a small family restaurant offering a mixture of eastern cuisines, including the common noodle soup from Vietnam such as Pho; hibachi from Japan and the popular boba tea of Taiwan.

Saigon Bistro is a family friendly restaurant where you can enjoy a good sit-down meal with your family and friends or stop by to grab a quick bite on the go. We’re exciting to offer you many choices of exotic drinks from the popular Funrolls Ice Cream & Boba of Orange City so you can enjoy the fusion of great foods and refreshing drinks at the same place.

We’re looking forward to having you as our special guests! We’re hoping that you’ll enjoy our foods and the overall experience and continue to be our valued customers for many years to come.
