Mexican "El Tri" Blend:
We really like this coffee and we drink a lot of here at South Street Coffee! Light-bodied and sweet, it is delicious at city, city plus and Vienna roasts which accentuate its fruity flavors and hints of chocolate and spice.

Indonesian Sumatra Mandheling Blend:
These are really good beans that make an excellent cup of coffee or a very nice single origin espresso. It is smooth, full-bodied and has a natural sweetness that really accentuates its earthy, chocolaty tones. While most people think of Sumatra as a dark roast, and we do like it at a Vienna Roast; or try it at a City Plus Roast. Either way, you won't be disappointed! This bean also makes a fantastic espresso!

Brazilian "Flora" Blend:
This is a blend of Beija Flor™ coffee beans from Brazil’s Cerrado and Sul de Minas regions. These coffee beans create a very smooth and full-bodied cup of coffee. Chocolate, bittersweet and nut flavors dominate the taste notes and they are best experienced at a darker roast level. If you like espresso roasts, this is the coffee for you!

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe:
The most well-known of Ethiopia's growing regions, Yirgacheffe's beans areknown for their floral, spicy acidity and an earthy, medium/full body. This batch is from the most recent 2011 crop and is very fresh. This means that all of the varietal characteristics will be at their peak when you drink them. South Street Coffee preserves these flavors by roasting the beans to a medium, City roast. A seductive coffee that lures you in every time!

Ethiopian Harrar:
These beans are a mix of forest and semi-forest beans that are both cultivated by small-holder farmers and gathered beans. Our Harrar is very similar in taste to your Yirgacheffe, but just a bit sweeter. There is a subtle berry-and-spice toned acidity paired with an earthy bottom. This coffee is a bit heartier in the cup as well. Another fantastic Ethiopian Coffee!

Guatemalan Antigua:
Having only arrived in America at the end of May, this is another very fresh lot of coffee from the oldest of Guatemala's coffee-producing regions. We roast it to a strong medium roast to accentuate both the crisp acidity on the top and the chocolaty smokiness for which Antigua is so well known.
