Transient Veterans of Dayton Ohio

Transient Veterans of Dayton Ohio Transient Veterans is a non-profit organization whose only purpose is to provide food and cheer to our Transient Veterans during the Christmas Season.

The organization uses 100% of the donations to supply help to our proud veterans in need. This organization is self funded by its volunteers and the community donations.

The Warmth for Warriors event December 15 2020 online and at The Dublin Pub benifits. We are working with The Warmth for Warriors again this year come out and join us for this event.

2020 has been a strange year to say the least. Do to Coronavirus things will be different for us this year. We hope you are all well during this time.

We are requesting monetary donations as early as possible this Fall to buy Christmas gifts for three different buildings at the Dayton VA housing about 160 homeless and Veterans in need.

We are advised there will probably not be any dinner parties due to a continuation of COVID 19.

We plan to post our progress and any updates on this site. Thank you for your continued support of Veterans right here in our own backyards.

Hello everyone the holidays are getting closer and closer as summer is soon coming to an end. We have our information for this years Holiday celebration it is as follows: Christmas Festivities will be held this year at: 2 p.m December 14th 2019 in Building 305 at the VA Center
and at: 2 p.m. December 29th 2019 in Building 415 at the VA Center. If you would like to volunteer we ask all volunteers please arrive at 12 p.m. Those wishing to volunteer should: please message us here or refer to our website for other contact information.
If you can not volunteer but you are still interested in helping this worthy cause you can do so by making donations payable to Transient Veterans. 100% of all donations is used to support our cause which is for these Veterans. Donations may be made at any time, however, donations made earlier in the year gives us an opportunity to take advantage of sales on merchandise at the end of winter, spring and summer. You may send a check or money order payable to: "Transient Veterans" and mail to: Transient Veterans @ P.O. Box 291901, Dayton, Ohio 45429.
