Today we celebrated a life with sunshine, laughter — and a sea-to-table spread.
Shellfish tower, oysters on the half shell, crab legs and a carving station — all served with care.
We handled the food, full setup and rental coordination so the family could focus on remembering.

Once upon a time, Shannon and Conor wrote a chapter full of love, laughter, and a little Disney magic. I was so grateful to help bring their vision to life—as caterer and day-of planner—and to witness their gentle, joyful vows. Yesterday was one for the books — and for the record books: 10+ inches of snow in Charlotte, NC with historic winter conditions! Seriously ya'll...it reminded me of the blizzards I grew up with in PA!

A beautiful setting for Jessica and Parker's wedding. Things looked a little different than planned, but together with their vendor team, they refused to let weather win. I’m humbled beyond words by every person who showed up, worked harder, and risked so much to make this wedding beautiful and safe for Jessica and Parker.

To the photographer who drove in from Wilmington and captured warmth in the cold (cant wait to see all of your work!!), the Hair and Makeup artist who rearranged their schedule for an earlier arrival, to the DJ who kept the energy levels high, the planner who stayed calm under pressure, and every single staff member who delivered a smile throughout the entire event — thank you!

A special thank you to the amazing Gayle & Kevin (owners of The Ivory Barn). The dynamic duo were literally shovelling, blowing, and plowing snow throughout the entire day to keep their guests and vendors safe. You showed us what leadership and genuine care look like. We work with so many venues in the Charlotte area — very few have owners who jump in like you did. Thank you for keeping everyone safe!

This is an A-team of doers. Wishing everyone a well-deserved, restful Sunday and enjoy the snow!
