Good times!

What better way to celebrate National Park & Recreation Month than with our incredible Parks Staff! We had a great team luncheon on Tuesday, fueled by some delicious barbecue from MAK Daddy's BBQ! 🤩

It was a perfect afternoon filled with good times, great food, tons of laughs, and even some friendly co****le competition. We're so grateful for this team!

Mothers Day means a lot around here without Sam I’m just a cook, with Sam I can cater I can be a pit master and I can entertain, she makes everything happen she plans, she jumps my ass to stay on track, she makes my packing list, and she makes us look good, she serves, she cuts meat, she runs the smoker when I’m busy, she’s our business not me. In honor of her today we cooked lamb ribs, quail wrapped jalapeños, bison steak, boudin wrapped jalapeños, and baked yellow and purple potatoes for Mother’s Day. So next time you eat our brisket or come to one of our events know momma was the one that made it happen.
