OMG Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em BBQ LLC

Hey yall my name is matt and i am firefighter/EMT and the founder and owner of OMG Smoke ‘Em If You Got ‘Em. I started as a beginner did not know the first thing about smoking a brisket or anything.I did know how to grill and decided one day to just give smoking a try and from there it took off. The main reason i started OMG Smoke ‘Em If You Got ‘Em is because all my friends always told me how good my cooking was and it got me to thinking i should start a small company something to do on my days off from the fire station. The name started by a friend going O My Gosh this is good and i went i'll smoke ‘Em If I Got ‘Em and the name was made. i thought it had a good ring to it lol. so from there i started experimenting with different meats and even making my own rubs, sauce and sides. i am looking to one day be out at events in ellis county and Navarro county. My next goal is to start making my own sausage. I have started making jerky and that will be added to the menu later down the road. right now i am building this little business that i started just cuz of my love for cooking. i try to make everything homemade from the baked beans to the pecan cobbler. Keep your eyes on the page as I add new things. I have finally made 2 more new BBQ sauces and a rub that is my own. Also i will start to do competitions in the future to just see how good my BBQ is. I really appreciate all the love a support for this awesome team/ company i have put together. i can’t thank my mom enough for all the help and all the taste testing they have to do when i am cooking and to the friends that have helped and been taste testers yall are awesome and have helped me grow OMG. i started small and i am working my way up.
