Simplicity isn't always basic and something classic doesn't have to be boring. When we make our apple pie we focus on what makes it truly special- using real vanilla, freshly grated cinnamon and nutmeg, a mixture of tart granny smith and sweet Honeycrisp apples all loaded into a flaky butter crust. We brought together Moroccan spiced carrots, whipped goat cheese, a lightly dressed herb salad, and our signature buttery flaky crust to create an exciting vegetarian savory pie. We like topping our pies with herbs because not only does it add much-needed freshness but the color is pretty spectacular as well.

We are taking pre-orders for our event this Saturday 4/20. If you want to guarantee yourself one of our pies or don’t want the hassle of trying to pay at the event you can place an order now and we will have your pies ready for you when you arrive.

We will have 5” mini pies available for sale $9 each:

•Chocolate and Pepitas- Dark chocolate and orange mousse with a pepita brittle.

•Barley and Rye- Toasted barley custard topped with rye whiskey caramel and puffed barley.

•Elote Pie- Corn pudding with roasted corn, queso fresco, and hot sauce.

•Feta Cheesecake- Feta cheesecake with cucumber salad and blue poppy seeds
