Did you catch us on the news last week?👀 We had an absolute blast showcasing our two finalists for the Big Tex Choice Awards! There are so many great options to try this year at the State Fair of Texas; we can't wait for you all to enjoy these two creations. We have to ask, though....

Meet the Burger Chop Tater Tacos🌮

Our second finalist is jam packed full of flavor! Start with taco shells made of cheddar cheese and smashed tater tots griddled to a crisp, but pliable taco shell. We then add a layer of fresh made cole slaw and top that with our delicious burger patty chopped and grilled with fresh jalapeño and onions, held together with melted mozzarella and covered with melted American cheese. The tacos are then finished with a drizzle of garlic buffalo sauce and served with a side of cole slaw, tater tots, and buffalo ranch.
