The RubaLee's Southern Kitchen Story

Growing up along the mighty Mississippi River in the heart of rich Louisiana farmland, our late grandmother, Ruba Lee Scott, learned the art of growing and cooking authentically soulful river road cuisine. At a very young age, she perfected her recipes and prepared them from scratch for her family and friends. As she created enjoyable meals for her children each day, these dishes became a part of our family’s culture and tradition.

Today, we honor her memory by offering you the opportunity to share in the uniquely flavorful savor of the hearty meals we grew up relishing. Our consistently delicious dishes are made with the highest quality fresh ingredients in our very own kitchen. We are family owned and operated and proudly support our local community by resourcing ingredients and supplies from businesses located in and surrounding the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
