Ok TSX fam, here's the menu for 7/18 for the Burleson Farmers Market.
We have collaborated with Sweet P's Bakery to debut an Argentinian classic sammie this week, using their Jalapeno Cheddar ciabatta rolls. Follow them for their schedule and check out their amazing lineup at the market too, great stuff from even greater people.
1. 🇦🇷 Argentinian Choripan 🇦🇷
(limited to 10 customers, no pre-orders, first come, first served)
A street food sammie in Argentina, it starts with a butterflied, then pan fried, Argentinian Chorizo, topped with spinach, arugula, tomato and a tangy chimichurri sauce on a toasted jalapeno cheddar ciabatta roll. Served with choice.of chips.
2. 🇩🇪 Berlin Style Currywurst 🇩🇪
(Limited to 7, no pre-orders, first come first served)
Classic German street food consisting of 2 fried Currywursts cut into bit sized chunks, smothered in a spiced sauce with a sprinkle of fresh curry leaf on top, with a side of chips.
And as usual, we will have wholesale as well consisting of:
- TSX Original 5 Pepper Mexican Chorizo Roja
-Argentinian Chorizo
-Bleu Cheese Hickory Smoked Kielbasa
-TSX Original Chicken Caprese Sausage (mozzarella, sun dried tomato, basil, garlic)
