Recently David spoke on the importance of differentiation in business...the art of separating from competitors.
He’s right. Our food concept, SaucyS Sausage & Gourmet Hot Dogs, is the business embodiment of David’s truth and teaching.
Proving the soundness of market separation on paper is not the same as outpacing competitors on the battlefield of business.
If consumers are content eating a good, old fashioned Hot Dog 🌭 swimming in yellow mustard, they can find that anywhere.
However, if they’re looking for an explosion of flavor and deliciousness in their mouths, they’ll have to find a SaucyS Sausage venue.
