It's time to start some Thanksgiving orders. I'm here to tell you that Turkey Breast with Finch BBQ beef seasoning has been a game changer for my turkey. Check out my buddy's website and social media. Thank me later.

Salt, pepper, and All Purpose Beef Rub. Still needs some tweaking. The flavor profile just is not there yet. But these are some of the best I have done in a while.

Turkey is the overlooked protein in BBQ. You have to come try some of ours. It'll blow your mind.

Our new logo. Took a few months and many hours to design this. Now, it's time to deal with the health department licenses and find a commissary.

Installing a mini split on our trailer and looking for some help. Does anyone have experience or know someone with experience who has the tools to pull a vacuum on a mini split and then finish hooking it up. Cannot pay much, possible b**r, bbq, or pizza.

Being honest, turkey is right up there with brisket for me.

Tried something different. Bacon Wraped Smoked Honey Buns. Personally, I loved them. Some said they were ok, and some said they did not like the smoke on the honey bun. One person said they did not like how the honey bun soaked up the bacon grease. But they are a little weird. 🤣🤣🤣

Two different rubs, two different glazes, and two different cooking methods. First three pics are baby backs seasoned with our favorite store bought rub, wrapped when color was right. Glazed with a sweet almost candy like sauce. Last three are baby backs also with salt and pepper only, no wrap and glazed with 50/50 of our BBQ sauce and water. Both were awesome.
