Sourdough for tomorrow:
-classic
-hippy (seeded wheat sourdough)
-classic wheat (rouge de Bordeaux & yecora rojo)
-cranberry pecan with pawpaw’s pecans
-double cheddar jalapeño
-focaccia with various fresh toppings!

Pastries:
-cheddar scallion scones
-blueberry streusel muffins
-banana nut muffins (with pawpaw’s pecans)
-brown butter chocolate chip cookies
-pantry cookies: this week made with toasted pistachio, oat, half dried apricots, and a pomegranate maple syrup

Milk bread:
-donuts!!
-cinnamon rolls (if you haven’t tried one yet, you absolutely should 💚 they’re what started it all!)
-white nectarine jammy rolls
-prosciutto pockets!
-scallion Togarashi hot chili rolls

Other breads:
-potato bread with roasted organic potatoes
-classic brioche

The list is long, so something might not make it! But I’m hopeful 😊

Hey bread friends!
We’re so excited for this weekend!!!

Saturday at Hillcrest Farmer’s Market:
We’ll have the full spread of sourdough!
-classic
-roasted garlic
-hippy (seeded sourdough)
-sun dried tomato, roasted red pepper & garden herbs
-focaccia!

Other wonderful breads will be there as well!

We will have donuts! I know I know, I’ve been teasing them lately, but I mean it 💚🍩

And a spread of sweet and savory treats to delight you all weekend!

Sunday our friends is kindly hosting us in the reading room 💜💚 we can’t wait!

We know this weekend is a celebration for some, and tender for others. We’re here for you regardless, so swing by and say hi. Treat yo’self!
