Hello everyone! A couple months ago we decided to suspend operations due to the high cost of beef. We are hoping that beef prices eventually come down to where it continues to make sense for us to do this from a profitability perspective. We will keep everybody informed when we open back up! 🙏🏼

We’ve got our first two brisket orders trimmed and dry brining and getting them ready to throw on the smoker later this afternoon to have them ready tomorrow by 12 PM for our first two customers! I know this is the beginning of something big. Our big sign by the road was definitely worth the investment 😎
