Tonight at “On The Rocks” a property. Basil ravioli filled with grilled shrimp, mascarpone and ricotta over a house creamed corn with roasted bell and tomato glass. This was followed by a muse of carrot humus and lintel salad. The entree was composed of sous vide filet, pink peppercorn bernaise and jumbo lump crab over parm asparagus and fondant potato. Dessert included local blackberries from coulis with a whipped French cheese cake.
