How many times do you have to say no wipe cream before they stop adding it this is the third one I have ordered in 2 weeks I asked for no whip cream it's on the screen and my receipt but yet I always get wipe cream in it and having to wait an extra 10 mins any time I tell them they messed up and they take it back to fix it makes you wonder if they are spitting in it so I'll just go somewhere else I know wipe cream may not seem like much but if they can't do that that means they will mess up on something more important like someone with allergies saying not to put something on their food and you don't do as asked and that person is harmed. I mean it's on the screen and my receipt and it's not like it just happened once this has been 3 times in less then 2 weeks they clearly just don't care

Sooo what's the deal with your chicken strip baskets now?Got 2 yesterday,both had 3 tiny pieces of chicken.One of them didn't was just breading.I don't recall them ever being so...pathetic in the past.Are we trying to save money??Or lose customers who spend alot of money there??
I ordered a zesty monterey chicken club sandwich at sonic in crossville, tn. The order was right on the screen and when the lady brought me my food she read it off the receipt. It was correct also. So I didn't worry about making sure. I live about 20 minutes away. I got home and find out I have a hamburger instead. Anyone who really knows me knows I do not like hamburgers! I called sonic, the girl on the phone asked if I have a receipt. I looked all over. I did not get a receipt so I'm just screwed. That's the second time in a row they screwed up pretty bad on my order and they won't even help me. I'm DONE! 😠
