Our plans have changed for the Fourth of July so we have decided TO OPEN!
We will be there 8-2 pending on business traffic. If we decide to close early we will keep you updated!

Update on hours for the rest of the week...

It was terribly hot Tuesday and Wednesday in the trailer and Thursday 7/2 is to be even hotter so we have elected to CLOSE Thursday 7/2/26.

We plan to be open Friday 7/3/26, if the weather gets too much we could be closing prior to 2.

Saturday 7/4/26 we will be CLOSED.

A lot of people ask if we have AC in the trailer. Yes, we do but it's a small one and the hot temps just make the trailer hot, then add the grill and also opening and closing the order window just makes the cold air escape. Not to mention when you use the hood it pulls cool air out as well.
It is VERY HOT in there, if it's 90's outside rest assured we are working in 100-110 degrees in the trailer.
Bear with us as we try to stay open the most time we can but there may be some exceptions.
