Taste of Hutchinson was an absolute blast, as always! 🥰

Even with the rain and cold, you guys SHOWED UP. The weather hardly made a dent in our sales, and that seriously makes my heart so happy. Minnesota weather really said, “Let’s make this interesting,” and apparently nobody cared. 😂

Thank you to every single person who braved the rain and cold, grabbed a bowl, said hello, and continued to show Gypsy Bowls so much love and support. We truly have the best customers, and weekends like this are such a good reminder of how lucky we are to do what we do. 💚

Mr. Gypsy Bowls, Gloria and I got the trailer placed and set up for Taste of Hutchinson this weekend! Now we are ready for a busy weekend slinging bowls!

After that we headed over to Bobbing Bobbers Brewing for a very low key anniversary supper from the Nacho Nacho Van food truck. Because apparently even on our anniversary we can’t stay away from food trucks. 😂

Happy anniversary to the guy that chooses to always be by my side. Through the crazy schedules, long days, all my ideas and everything else life throws at us. ❤️

Wouldn’t want to do this crazy life with anyone else. Love you way big, Mr. Gypsy Bowls😻

📚 And just like that… our littlest Gypsy is back to school! 💛

Today my girl trades the food truck life for backpacks, classrooms and another year of growing up way too dang fast. 🥹

We’re sure going to miss that sweet little face at the window every day—taking your orders, chatting with customers and keeping the rest of us on our toes. She’s become such a big part of Gypsy Bowls, and I know plenty of you look forward to seeing her smiling face too.

Help us wish her the BEST school year! ✏️📓💛

And don’t worry—she hasn’t completely retired from the food carny life. 😂 You’ll still catch her slinging bowls with us on the weekends!

🚨 Well… I think we have a new contender for the 2027 menu. 👀🦀

The Sweet Chili Crab Bowl was an absolute WIN tonight! Not only did you guys love it—it OUTSOLD EVERY OTHER BOWL ON THE MENU. 🤯 And that has literally never happened before!

So obviously, now I need to do a little more “research.” 😂

We’ll be randomly popping the Sweet Chili Crab Bowl onto the menu in a few other towns before the season ends. I like to keep life interesting—and I want to see what everyone else thinks before we make any official 2027 decisions.

If you see it pop up at your stop… GET IT. 🌶️🦀🥢
