Just want to say thank you to our food truck community, customers and pop up clients for reaching out to us and offering to help us out. We so blessed to have such amazing people in our lives. So the morning started well. Until we arrived at our pop up for today at Park Green Atrium. We had an issue with one of our equipment’s and then we couldn’t get our propane to light inside. So I tried what I know and has always work but still no fire! After working on it for over 45 minutes we decided to call it a day and go home. Sometime you just to say ok God you’re in control. Once we got home and did further inspection on our trailer found the safety cut shut off was engaged. So at this point I’m really concerned and trying to figure out is going on. Got everything back in order and reset the safety switch and bam we have fire. Thank you Jesus!! As I’m cleaning out the food truck Rosario call me out and tells me come look at this. I’m like hmm what is it. She said we are missing the piping to our waste water it’s all gone. ( mind you we never got started so no water in the tank) just saying. I’m like what the heck? I shut down the food truck and head to Home Depot to buy parts that I needed and return home. I turn on generator and tell Rosario I’m going to grab something if she can continue to finish the cleaning for me. When I return to the food truck and she’s cleaning I ask her why are you in the dark?! She said the light doesn’t turn on! I’m like what the actual heck! So I remove the covers and check to see if we have power to lights. Well there’s power to the box but no power coming out! I’m like ok let’s closed the trailer down and go pray. We start praying and the phone calls start rolling in. After praying Rosario look over at me and says God has other plans for us this week. Some times we just have to stop for a minute and look around and understand that his plan for us is way bigger than our own. It could’ve been a really really bad day. Trailer could have gone to a much worse and catastrophic situation. So thank you Jesus for your hand of protection. In a nut shell we are good and moving forward. Parts are on order and my buddy is coming over end of the week to make sure everything is good to go. When life throws you lemons, go and make some good lemonade and enjoy the day God has blessed you with. Once again thank you everyone for the calls, text, and support! We are truly loved and blessed. May God blessed y’all as he has blessed us! We will be back up and running next week! Stay warm and safe!

Love y’all!!!

Thank you to everyone who has called and checked on us. Phil Villa and myself, (Rosario Villa) are physically well. Our food truck decided it was going to be out of commission. With that being said we will be out this week to tend to these issues. God willing we will be out next week.
