It’s dead here and my morning was awful! Lol the lack of sleep has definitely caught up with me. So we will be serving breakfast till 9 then I am checking out! We have limited donuts and they are selling fast.

Pulled Pork Mac is selling well this afternoon. We have 54 fresh ground beef patties, 26 hotdogs, two pork buts and two and a half pans of Smoked Gouda Mac to sell through to sell out! Make you way down and get what you can while you can as it is our last night here 🙂 Donuts in the morning as well as breakfast :)

Since everyone loves the smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese and many of you have missed the chance to have that or the Pulled Pork Mac Wrap we will be making double batch today!!! So it better sell out 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Today is the last day of service for lunch and dinner so if you have wanted to give us a try today is the day 🙂 Don’t forget to come and watch the 6 Horse hitch this evening they are amazing to see!

I just want to let everyone know the schedule for The Spotted Dog for the rest of the fair week. We will be staying this evening until the pulling events are finished maybe 8:30-9 I think. Tomorrow 7 till the events are finished or after supper. We want everyone to help sell us out of lunch and supper before Saturday 🙂 We will be serving breakfast ONLY Saturday as our son has his first high school football scrimmage and this mom isn’t missing it and then we are off to Kittery for the evening for all of his school shopping. We have loved feeding all of you and your families this fair week but now we need to spend some time with each other before another work week starts as well as school. We are restocked on Mozzarella Planks and have onion rings as well. We would love to sell out of all we have the next two days. We hope you all have enjoyed your time at the fair because we have loved feeding you and your families.

And that’s a wrap for another day at the fair! It was a slow day but ended up being a productive one. I will be at the trailer early to make donuts before I head to my other job for a bit to get some stuff done 🙂 Oh and we sold out of Smoked Gouda Mac yet again! What a week this has been!!!!! See you all tomorrow!

I am posting here to let everyone know that due to the overwhelming support the past few days we sold through a majority of our bread items. I REFUSE to sacrifice my food quality for convenience so “ just grabbing them elsewhere” isn’t the way I do it. My food order is at the end of the list today vs the top. The driver is doing all he can to get it to me earlier so if you come any bigger options will have to be on our yummy wraps until the Brioshe rolls arrive. Again we want to thank you all for the love and support over the last few days it has been absolutely mind blowing!

Well it happened we are closing at 6:30 because well, we sold out. I refuse to purchase lower quality products to replace what I don’t have so we will be going shopping, maybe getting some family time at the fair then sleep and back at it tomorrow! You have all been truly amazing to us these past few days ❤️

Pulled Pork and Smoked Gouda Mac is still in the steam pans! Can we sell out before the Drag Race your Neighbor race at 6???? Let’s see if we can sell out of some things for supper maybe, just maybe our family can go watch some action on the track and relax for a bit lol.
