Grilled Mahi-Mahi Tacos - Your Way! What are your favorite Mahi Mahi Taco toppings?!

We start with fresh Mahi mahi seasoned with our special Red Chile Spice blend and wood-grilled. The fish is then topped with chipotle mayo sauce over three grilled flour tortillas, and served with sides of pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, shredded Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream w/green onions & a pinch of ground red chiles. Accompanied with Mexican rice and black refried beans.

What makes our Chile Con Queso so good?! 🔥

The secret -> 🧀 real Monterey Jack & cheddar cheeses (fresh, not processed)! Roasted green chiles, onions, tomatoes and spices add some flair.

Now here's the very special part: The two cheeses separate and create a graininess in the texture and a nuttiness in flavor making it unique to other quesos. Top it off with sour cream, green onions and a pinch of ground red chiles and you have the BEST Chile Con Queso in all the land!

Our patio sessions are back this Thursday, 6pm-9pm. We look forward to seeing you there 🙌
