Spoleti’s Pizza Shop Light-Tasty-Affordable Hello friends and family, my name is Mike Fetsurka. After testing countless pizzas with family and friends, I landed on my current style.

I’ve thought about creating a pizza brand for the better part of 10 years but have always moved on to a different venture. This past winter I really wanted to test myself and try making an amazing pizza with all fresh ingredients. Using my family’s name from my Italian side and my dough and sauce recipe, I’ve created a pizza I can proudly serve.
