Starting to feel like we're making friends in Herkimer County ❤️. Had a killer service at Rock Valley today (we're over the moon happy to finally be in the area!). Saturday a great music festival at Cooperstown KOA.... Scott puts on a great community event, ya'll make sure to check out Campfire Jam Festival next year. No cover charge, great bands... A great gift to our local community. Rock Valley... What can we say... We're seeing familiar faces, and repeat customers. We love and appreciate all of you spending your money with us. We're trying to put food on our table, by trading you good, healthy food for yours. 🙏. A silly goal of ours is to hit a profitability goal where we can throw our own bash, free food. We're not there yet, but it IS in sight. You better believe we know who our regulars are, and you'll all be VIPs when the day comes.

Nobody has EVER had food straight from our smoker, that's a waypoint in our business venture. We may be closer than ever to making that a reality. More to COME! That's where Phat Backs will really shine... Prime Rib is great, but don't count out Phat Backs burnt ends.

Sunday we'll be at the one and only Rock Valley Brewing Co. for their Fall Fest 🍁🍁 We just outfitted our trailer to run through the winter... Maybe we'll do a little post how we did it... It was 72 degrees in our trailer all night with a hood exhaust on 💪. We're happy to still be open! Order here on our page if you like and we'll have it ready for you. Poppers will be fresh off the smoker.

📢 📢 Phat Mac & Cheese is on the menu this weekend. Not one, but THREE versions. Regular with or w/out meat. Spicey Mac with jerk chicken and jalapeño and We're bringing back our Donna the Buffalo Chicken Phat Mac. We'll be at the Cooperstown KOA Campfire Jam Music Festival Saturday at 2pm. Sunday at the Rock Valley Fall Festival in Little Falls.

We'll try and buy enough cheese and bacon to make several batches 🤑 they just so happen to be crazy expensive! 15lbs of Smoked Gruyere (plus 4 others) and 30lbs of bacon 👀. Phat Backs is going to do whatever it takes to get you to come see us!
