Alright so here is what Im gonna make tonight Ill write your step by step this evening with pics and you can try it at home and let me know what you think
Marinated skirt steak grilled and slicced thin with a pepper and potato hash all inside of a pita with a lil pesto spread.

Heat your pan up on med to med high heat drizzle some oil in the pan and layer Potatoes Onions and Sausage in the pan adding allitle more oil in each layer and S&P.
Put a lid on and stir occasionaly to turn potatoes so none burn. Cook until all potatoes are tender.
And ur done Thats It! Soo Good and Soo Easy!

Alright here we go!
Tonight is easy Start off by washing your potatoes And put ur can of peas in a pot with about a tblspn of butter and S&P turn on med low and let simmer
Slice your potatoes and onions heres how i do mine..........Sausage too
(At any time you can pop your french bread in a low warm oven to crisp up)
