Go MontCo Go Mont Co Series highlights local business in Montgomery County.

Our parent organization, Pillars of Light & Love, a 501c3 charity, has been running the Julia’s Joy youth empowerment program since 2017. Part of that program is the Julia’s Joy Voice Idol Competition where contestants receive free vocal and performance coaching for the months leading up to the live shows in February 2024.

We are looking for a few more contestants ages 15-18 to audition this Sunday. If you cannot make Sunday, let us know. Registration and Guidelines for the shows can be found at www.JuliasJoy.org.

You can also see info regarding our annual Julia’s Joy fundraiser to be held November 18th on the same site.

I came across these clips on my camera from almost 2 months ago 🤦🏽‍♂️ and I realized that I NEVER did anything with them. This was from the Under the Lights car show that hosted back in June.

It’s crazy how busy I’ve been, and how much that has kept me from creating content. However, I have some things that I’m working on which I’m hoping come to fruition.

The other night we were out supporting a friend who just opened up a new restaurant in Spring City. When we were there we somehow fell into a conversation with the group of people at the table behind us who informed us that this was their 3rd consecutive night at the establishment. The conversation grew and something told me to ask them what they did for a living. Well….

Come to find out that they were also in process of opening a new business in Royersford, and they were planning a soft opening in a few days. What?! You know me. I had to find time to get there so show some love to yet another business here in Mont. Co.

With that… I present you with Jay’s Steaks of Royersford. Not only are the owners great people, they make some damn good steaks too.

Last week the wife and I were out early and wanted to stop somewhere different for breakfast. That’s where knishes and dishes comes into play. We stopped by in between appointments last Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be back.

Well, life just got better for some lucky residents of Spring City because it is with great excitement that El Volcan 2 is now open and serving some amazing Mexican food! Ever drive by a home that is so well lit up during the holidays that you wonder to yourself, "I wonder what started all of this?" Or, "I wonder how long it takes them to put up that christmas light display?" Well you're not alone because I have done the same, and that is where we got the idea for this video. In this video we speak with several homeowners here in the Montgomery and Bucks counties of Pennsylvania to learn more about their holiday display.

Most of the time when people hear "North Wales" they're thinking of a region in Wales, U.K. However, for me, when I hear North Wales I think of the amazing community located in Montgomery county, Pa. In this video I share with you some of my favorite places in North Wales, including a few of my favorite places to eat. I share with you some of the things that people enjoy doing here like walking, or biking on the 202 trail. If walking or biking aren't your thing, enjoy some time shopping at one of the retail centers or Montgomeryville mall (while it still lasts).

Statistics show that North Wales is a family community where the kids attend the highly ranked North Penn School District. If your curious about what life is like in North Wales, including where some of the residents work, the average income, average cost of living, or other helpful information related to the community than this video is for you.

🤨 Have you ever been to Skippack Village? If so, what's your favorite 😍, shop 🛍 or restaurant 👩🏽‍🍳? There are so many places that make this tiny village in Montgomery county well worth checking out. Here are some of my favorite 🤩 places to visit whenever we are in Skippack. If you haven't been there before, you should make a day of it, hit the shops, get something to eat and treat yourself to some ice cream 🍨, or maybe an adult beverage 🍻.

🚘 Lansdale - Under The Lights Car Show 2021 was A success!

🤩 The show was great, and so many people attended. For many reasons this car show is nostalgic to me. This was something that my family would participate in during my childhood, and I looked forward to it yearly.

🥰The fact that I had the opportunity to attend the show with both of my boys, Who also enjoyed it, meant everything.

🎥 If you missed the show, do you miss out on a phenomenal of them, but hopefully this video will help you see how much fun it was. Huge shout out to Lansdale, and to everyone who attended this years under the lights 💡 car 🚗 show!

You know how you hesitate trying a new restaurant because you’re too hungry, and the thought of having a bad experience keeps you from going? You keep it simple and go with the places you’ve known and trusted? WELL LET ME TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I AM THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN THIS TIME 🥳

Last week the family and I decided to grab a bottle of and try out in Audubon . As soon as I saw some of the dishes coming out to be served to other tables I knew we made the right decision by coming. We ordered a lot of food, some not pictured… but what you see here 👇🏾 is
