We rolled out our RKL Fried Chicken tonight to test it with our friends. A little tweaking still to do, but next week will be our official kickoff of Fried Chicken Wednesdays. Every Wednesday night, half a bird with two sides and a little hot honey to spice things up a bit All for just $26. Mark your calendar.

Monday night needs an upgrade. We've got the Broncos and the Chiefs in the bar, along with this special Marion Barry Blended Margarita with real berries, Espolon tequila, lime, triple sec and a little agave. It is a sensational slushy that will make a perfect companion to our Monday night RKL BBQ Ribs and Monday Night Football.

Yep, we've gone TALLOW. Out with the fryer seed oil, in with beef tallow for all of our fried menu items. French fries are crispier and don't wilt as quickly. Chicken sandwich is even tastier if you can imagine that. Everything is coming up golden. Come on down, get your favorites from the fryer and experience the latest addition to the tallow bandwagon.
