We had the honor of providing the BBQ for an 80th birthday celebration, and hearing that the brisket, ribs, sides AND service helped make the day special means so much to us.

What a blessing to celebrate another year of ministry, fellowship, and faith—and even more exciting, to celebrate the BIG things God is doing and what’s ahead for your church!

📣 CHANGE OF PLANS FOR SATURDAY

We wanted to let everyone know that Stolze’s SmokeHouse will NOT be set up at Boerne Market Days tomorrow as originally planned.

A few factors outside of our control played into this decision, but more importantly, sometimes life reminds us where we are needed most. Tomorrow, that means choosing to be present for friends and a family in need who are an important part of our ministry and our lives. ❤️

We love serving our community through BBQ, but we also believe that serving others goes far beyond the food we put on a plate.

Thank you for always supporting us, understanding when plans change, and allowing us to follow our hearts when it matters most.

We’ll see y’all again soon. ❤️🔥

There are moments in business when you stop thinking about how far you still want to go… and realize just how far God has already brought you.

Today was one of those moments for us.

This journey has given us so much more than we ever expected. People we may have never met. Relationships we treasure. Opportunities to serve. Tables filled with good food and even better fellowship.

That’s why we do what we do.

Not just for the BBQ. Not just to grow a business.

But to serve. To bring people together. To build something with purpose. And to trust God enough to keep taking the next step when He puts it in front of us.

Today, we’re especially grateful for the journey—and trusting Him with whatever comes next. 🙏🔥
