Yesterday we spent the day at the Texas Restaurant Show, dreaming big about the next chapter of Stolze's SmokeHouse.

As we looked at all the exhibits and inspiration, I found myself watching Matt more than anything else. Seeing the excitement in his eyes reminded me why we started this journey. It isn't just about BBQ—it's about building something that honors God, serves people well, and leaves a legacy for our family.

We don't know exactly what the future holds, but we know Who holds our future. We're trusting God every step of the way, and we're so thankful for everyone who has supported Stolze's SmokeHouse and been a part of our story this far.

You don’t need a special event to order Stolze’s SmokeHouse. No party required. No big occasion needed. Just an appetite for good BBQ. 🤠

This customer sure doesn't! They grabbed smoked turkey and pulled pork to enjoy now and stash in the freezer for later, plus our smoked chicken and creamed corn to share.

At Stolze's SmokeHouse, we like to think our BBQ turns an ordinary meal into something worth celebrating. 🔥

Today we had the honor of serving the students of the Summer Leadership Academy at Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries . This has become a summer tradition for us, and we cherish every opportunity to serve our community.
