And we’re FINALLY done with the week! 🙌🏼❤️

What a week it has been! We are SO incredibly thankful for all of our amazing customers and the continued support you continue to show us.

🌮 Wednesday: 400 TACOS out the door by 6:00 PM!
🎡 Thursday, Friday & Saturday: We worked the fair while Maria’s Cafe stayed busy back at the restaurant!

But most of all, we are beyond grateful for our AMAZING STAFF! ❤️ We truly could not have done any of this without them. They are so giving, hardworking, and always willing to step up wherever they’re needed. From the long hours to the crazy rushes, they kept going and gave it their all. We appreciate every single one of them more than they know! 🥹❤️

And to everyone who ordered tacos, stopped by the restaurant, came to see us at the fair, shared our posts, or simply showed us some love—THANK YOU!

We are beyond blessed to have such an amazing team and such a supportive community behind us. ❤️🌮

Hi everyone,
​As many of you know, I have been on a lengthy journey toward a kidney transplant. I'm really excited to share that my case was recently approved by the transplant committee, and I am officially on track to receive my new kidney!
​We are finalizing the last few details during the week of September 14th. Following the procedure, I will need to reside near Houston Methodist for 30 days for mandatory post-op care and doctor appointments.
​To assist with lodging and medical expenses during my recovery, my family and I are organizing a fundraiser.
