Another event in the books and probably our best large scale event to date! The processes are finally smoothing out, the system is working and the growth is happening by leaps and bounds! So proud of how far we’ve come and excited for how far we’ll go! Cheers to a great year and looking forward to even more next year!

After a rather lengthy hiatus from this side of the world, we’re proud to say we’re back and will be back to posting more about our happenings, deals and of course, meals! We took some time to revamp a few things with the business and game plan a new direction, so we’ll be making more of a presence again!

That said- for those in the Cleveland area, we will be up there tomorrow with plenty of sauces available for purchase. We’re looking to move this batch of stock to make room for more and possibly new flavors!

No filters, just delicious smoked turkeys and a smoked ham! Get your orders in for Christmas! We’re going to do a test shipment soon to see how it goes so hopefully we can start to offer that as an option as well- stay tuned!

Our monthly small business shoutout goes Shelton’s Smokehouse BBQ located in Columbus, OH! We recently had them cater an employee party and it was amazing! Marc, the owner, was so pleasant and kind. All supplies including entrees, sides, homemade sauces and utensils were provided, set up, and torn down. Our staff was so pleased with their products and services and plan on having them cater future events!

To say yesterday was a success would be an understatement! It was by far our largest party to date and was only pulled off because of the many hands of help that it took to pull it all together. From the planning, to prep, the cook, and the decorating, it all came together for an amazing time and event! Shoutouts time- A HUGE thank you (and oh do those two words not even touch the level of thanks I have for each of these amazing people): Annmarie Shelton, Kevin Kane, Amanda Glabecki, Amanda and Alan Tipsy Traveler (the BEST mobile bartending service in the state! Hit them up for any of your bartending needs!) and last but not least, Meg Zambrana! Without these people by our side, the little successes we’ve had would not be possible. Their input, their help, their ideas, all compliments the vision that we have for this business and what we’re looking to do in the future! It’s been a great year and looking forward to what 2025 brings!

Lastly, A special shoutout to Kim and her husband at Lane57 Event Venue! If you’re in the need for an event venue for literally ANY reason, I HIGHLY recommend them! The space is just stunning and they are the best people!

The new sauce lineup is here my friends! Listen to the kiddo and get your orders in ASAP- you won’t regret it! As you heard we now have our Original, Sweet Heat, Hot Habanero, and our newest creation, the Garlic BBQ sauce. The combination of the garlic and the BBQ sauce flavors go incredibly well together- it’s amazing! But of course I might be a little biased. Get your order in though and try it for yourself!

Not being able to do any cooks or even make the updated sauces as I had hoped so far is quite frustrating! Stay tuned though, they’ll be coming soon still, just not as soon as I would like. Once this shoulder is healed it’ll be balls to the wall again!
