She sits, on a Chocolate cookie base with a Black Raspberry Cheesecake filling stuffed with dark chocolate and semi chocolate chucks. Then smothered with a Black Raspberry Coulis, topped sliced fresh Black Raspberries. Then topped with homemade whipped cream and hot fudge, giving honor to the Graeters 🍨 1870 as a finishing touch.

Our newest Flavor of the month!!!

Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake

Based on my favorite ice cream flavor and one of my first culinary jobs at Graeters Ice Cream shop!!!

When I first moved to Columbus, my first Job was at Graeters Ice cream shop on Bethel Rd. serving ice cream and man that was a cold tough job. But I fell in love with this ice cream flavor and I just had to make it, into a cheesecake, to honor it.

This Cheesecake sits, on a Chocolate cookie base with a Black Raspberry Cheesecake filling stuffed with dark chocolate and semi chocolate chucks. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas 🎄🎁. So we had to create a Christmas flavored Cheesecake for the month of December. It's my family's favorite holiday flavors, Peppermint and White Chocolate. 😛
Sooo we created a peppermint white chocolate cheesecake. We made this one extra special!!!
It's sitting on a chocolate cookie crust, then we created a Peppermint white chocolate cheesecake, stuffed with white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes. Then on top we add tons of crushed candy canes to give a nice crunch. Then its drizzles with White chocolate and topped with more white chocolate chips and crush Ghirardelli white chocolate peppermint bark squares.
Man this is one magical cheesecake.
