Most don’t know, The time,
Effort, Knowledge, Love, spent.
Long nights,
come back to a mountain of dishes,
Maintenance, and on no sleep.

We do it all from scratch, rub, sauce and sides.

All fresh and served at any local that will have us,
We’re grateful, but none as greatly appreciated..

As our mascot.. Anubis. He turns 7 this month.

Best cattle dog you’ve met. Truck dog all the way.

Happy spooky season and especially to the best prep cook we have. Bubba. We love you.
