​As we wrap up our stay here, I have to give a massive shout-out to Ruth and Scott. Not only are they incredible hosts, but they’re fellow Jersey transplants like us at Carolina Beans! 🍎➡️🌲
There’s something about that shared "Jersey Grit" that makes you appreciate a place that is run with true passion and charisma.
​Ruth and Scott run the cleanest, most curated shop you will ever find. It’s the kind of place where you can truly get lost in the treasures without the dust. 💎✨
​But the real magic of Three Rivers Antiques is the people. The vendors and the regulars here come from every background imaginable, and yet everyone is so incredibly welcoming. It’s a true melting pot of stories and history. We loved seeing you all walk through the doors, grab a cup of coffee, and share a bit of your day with us.
​Sharing the Palmetto Spirit alongside the community at Three Rivers Antiques has been an honor. We loved seeing you wander the aisles with a steaming pour-over in one hand and a vintage find in the other.
​A massive thank you to Ruth, Scott, and the entire West Columbia community for making this "trail stop" feel like home. You made this week one we won't soon forget.

Let’s talk about the beans. ⚙️☕️
​As a multi-roaster pop-up, it's important to note who we're getting our beans from at the Carolina Beans tent. This week, the spotlight has been on Old Iron Mill Coffee Co., and they have absolutely blown us away.
​Based out of the Carolinas, Old Iron Mill represents everything we love about the "Palmetto Spirit": grit, craftsmanship, and an uncompromising dedication to quality. 🌲✨
​What makes their roast special? It’s the balance. Whether we’re brewing it as a clean, bright pour-over or a bold batch drip, it holds its own. It’s a roast that respects the bean’s origin while providing that smooth, "impeccable taste" that keeps you coming back for a second cup.
​We love pairing their beans with our signature tan sugar and vanilla extract—the deep, toasted notes of the coffee play so perfectly with the sweetness, creating a cup that feels both sophisticated and nostalgic.

It's our final day at Three Rivers Antiques, and as we brew these last few cups, we’re reflecting on why we do this. 🌲☕️
​At the end of the day, coffee is about the art of showing up. It’s about setting the stage for a beautiful experience before the first guest even arrives. It’s the ritual of unfolding the tent, heating the water, and preparing the space for a moment of connection.
​We’re still repping Old Iron Mill Coffee Co. today—because impeccable taste, made with care, is the foundation of everything we do. ⚙️✨
​But the real beauty isn’t just in the beans; it’s in the conversations. It’s the little moments shared over a steaming cup, the smiles that exchange hands, and the care put into a drink that hopefully gets you through until the next one is served.
​This is why we got into coffee. Not just for the caffeine, but for the community that gathers around it.

The clouds may be rolling in, but we have a silver lining! ☁️⛈️
​Due to the weather today, we’ve decided to keep the tent packed away for safety. But here’s the bonus: We aren't leaving West Columbia just yet!
​To make up for the rain, we are extending our stay at Three Rivers Antiques. We’ll be back and brewing for TWO extra days this week! 🌲☕️
