Sidewalks needed - the entire length of Harbison Blvd. on both sides. The other day I actually saw a little girl around the age of 8 rolling skating on Harbison Blvd. in the road on the residential side near Broad River Rd. I have also seen people using wheelchairs on the road.

Another potential location for a “Town Centre” is the parking lot where PetSmart and Michael’s are located. There’s plenty of asphalt that’s not being used.

The existing, original tunnels for pedestrian walking are inconvenient, not visible, and sketchy. Harbison Blvd. needs street sidewalks.

Question- Is Harbison Blvd. a road divided? Is one side City of Columbia /Richland County and the other Town of Irmo / Lexington County? This definitely adds a caveat on getting things done.
