MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT 📣💥🥂🍾
Many of you that have been following my weightloss and culinary journey have probably been wondering where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to, especially since I haven’t been posting much online. Well, let me finally make this public. Not only am I now down to 235 pounds, weighing less than the amount that I’ve lost, but you are now looking at the official Partner, Executive Chef, and Co-Founder of Curated Hospitality Group. We will be providing exclusive experiences with our guests and Members Only Fine Dining Club at our three locations in the heart of Columbia, Ambrosia Elite Taverna, The Joint, and Downtown Beach Bar (formerly known as Club Social in the Vista). I will be personally elevating, revamping, and curating all menu items/dishes, and our new Management Team will be training and hiring staff to bring you amazing hospitality that matches newly renovated atmospheres. In our loft space above Ambrosia, we will not only provide rental space (to include a full bar, game room, projection screen, and balcony), but we will also provide curated experiences, showcases and gallery presentations for the entire Arts community, provide a multitude of classes and workshops, and much more. At The Joint, not only will you be greatly entertained by our live performances and shows, but our Members can enjoy the downstairs Lounge with their own private bottle and menu service. Downtown Beach Bar will be an oasis that brings the vibes of a cruise ship to you with a tiki bar, Caribbean food, and a mezzanine lounge upstairs for our members. We are planning to have a Grand Reopening and ribbon cutting ceremony at Ambrosia on September 26th, and you can expect to see a flurry of posts that will keep you all updated and informed about our progress in the coming days. I absolutely appreciate all of your support, and we look forward to bringing you experiences that are truly what Columbia has been asking for.
