Breakfast is served... and it's almost too cute to eat! 🥞🍳🧇

I don't know who came up with the idea of a breakfast-themed birthday party for a 3-year-old, but I am absolutely obsessed. From the little eggs nestled inside the number 3 cookies to the tiny smiling faces on every breakfast treat, this set had me grinning the entire time I was decorating it.

Even better? These cookies were Strawberry Lemon flavored… one of my favorite summer combinations! 🍓🍋

I think this might officially be one of my favorite sets I've ever made. Happy 3rd Birthday! ❤️

BIG NEWS!! 🎉🍪

I am SO excited to officially announce that Sweet Summit will be partnering with for not one, but TWO incredible events this year! ❤️

This partnership was an easy yes for me. Not only is Colorado Springs Ladies Event a woman-owned organization that is passionate about supporting small businesses, but they’re also raising money for Status Code 4 Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing trauma healing counseling and mental wellness education for our first responders and their families. 💙 If you know me personally, you know this mission is incredibly close to my heart, and I’m honored to be a small part of supporting it.

Colorado’s 150th Birthday Celebration! 🎉🏔️

Colorado officially became a state 150 years ago, and we’re celebrating in the sweetest way possible! I’ll have:

Calling all the princess lovers! 👑✨ Bridget is celebrating her 3rd birthday surrounded by all things pink, sparkly, and magical. This set featured dresses inspired by Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Anna, Rapunzel, and Belle… and I don't know if I can even pick a favorite! 💖

And to all the boy moms... I'm just a little sorry you don't get the princess phase. 😉 There's just something so fun about getting to bring all the glitter, pink, and fairy tale magic to life in cookie form!

As a book lover, I was so excited to create this sweet baby shower set! 📚💙 The theme, "A New Chapter Begins," couldn't have been more perfect for celebrating this little boy. Between the cozy stacks of books, delicate florals, and that adorable "First Edition" onesie for this firstborn baby, this set completely stole my heart. Here's to the newest little story about to begin. ✨

This somehow never made it onto my business page... and that's a crime because it's way too good not to share! 🥹💙

One of my very best friends (shoutout to Carrie! 🫶) surprised me with this absolutely beautiful embroidered tote bag featuring my Sweet Summit logo, and I still can't get over it.

Running a small business can be a lot, but moments like this remind me just how lucky I am. Having friends who not only cheer me on but use their own talents to support my dream means more than I could ever put into words.

Carrie, thank you for creating something I'll treasure for years to come. I have the best people in my corner, and I definitely don't take that for granted. 💙

Case closed... these cookies were a success. 🚔🍪😎

Had so much fun making these Cookies & Cream gourmet cookies for the Robbery Unit at CSPD! Sometimes all it takes is a little sugar to boost morale (and maybe solve a case... okay, maybe not that last part 😂).

I always love getting the opportunity to create treats for the people who spend their days serving our community. I hope these disappeared as fast as they were delivered!

Now the real question... who snagged the last cookie? 👀🍪

There are cookie orders... and then there are the ones you'll never forget. 🩷

Last year, I had the privilege of making cookies for Abbey as she celebrated ringing the bell and finishing her breast cancer treatment. It was a moment filled with hope, prayers, and the unknown of what the future would hold.

This year, my heart was so full when her family reached out again.

Not because treatment was starting over.
Not because there was more bad news.
But because they were celebrating ONE YEAR BREAST CANCER FREE. 🎉🎀

I don't take moments like these for granted.

People often ask what my favorite cookies are to make, and the answer has never been about the design. It's the stories behind them. The birthdays that weren't guaranteed. The anniversaries that once felt impossible. The babies after years of waiting. The graduations earned through countless obstacles. The homecomings. The retirements. The victories—big and small—that deserve to be celebrated.

Someone once said, "Doctors are there for your hardest days. I'm here for your happiest ones." That has always resonated with me because it's exactly how I feel about this little business. I get to witness life through its celebrations, and every order represents a chapter in someone's story.

Abbey, congratulations on one year cancer free. What a beautiful milestone and a reminder of just how precious life is. Thank you for letting Sweet Summit be a small part of such an incredible journey.
