It bothers me that every summer drink seems to get the marg tag. Stop it. Also, wifey is not a tequila fan so a shakered mix of Tito's, fresh squeezed watermelon (strain well - nutmilk bag), garden mint, simple and extra lime fits the bill. ☀️

It was all so delicious, but I think the beef empanadas in Loiza or the red snapper with mojo rojo in Ponce were the best.

Side Note: I got a night in Old San Juan before the group came and no question Factoria is top notch, however I highly recommend a visit to - the Rum Old Fashioned was the smoothest, as well as the rummed out Espressotini. is a mix master extraordinare
