Three years.

Three years of chaos and collaboration and crazy faith. Jumping into this wonderful world of unknown and finding my footing with every new venture. Every new jump. Pivots and pruning and re-creation and re-design.

Three years of loving the people of this city. Three years of learning to say no and learning to say yes. Learning boundaries. Learning that some things are meant to be loved from far away.

The most important thing I’ve learned is to have grace. Grace for myself and grace for others. Grace for the process itself. This life is not a one and done summit experience. We are constantly seeking improvement, growth and adventure.

Never quit seeking growth. It’s about the process, the journey. Not the destination. Enjoy the now.
