The one everybody reaches for first in the Valentine's box. 🍓

Chocolate-covered strawberry — except you never get more than two, and there's always one person who takes both.

So we built a whole piece out of it. Milk chocolate drizzle with candied and freeze-dried strawberries over our honey-soaked walnut baklava, finished with half a strawberry drizzled in chocolate.

Tart, sweet, snappy chocolate, warm honey.

The first pumpkin spice of the year. 🎃

You know the feeling — the morning it's suddenly sweater weather and the whole world smells like cinnamon and nutmeg.

We put it on baklava. Pumpkin spice buttercream and pumpkin spice powder over our honey-soaked walnut base, finished with a pumpkin spice wafer filled with more buttercream and a dusting of spice on top.

Cool, creamy, warm-spiced, then honey.

If a Ferrero Rocher grew up, it would be this. 🍫

The gold foil, the crunch, the hazelnut in the middle — that's the memory. This is the grown-up version.

Nutella and white chocolate hazelnut over our honey-soaked walnut baklava, then milk chocolate and crushed hazelnuts on top, with one whole hazelnut set right in the center.

Remember the tin of honey-roasted peanuts that lived on your grandfather's counter? 🥜

The ones with the sweet, salty shell that stuck to your fingers — and you always told yourself you were only having a handful.

We turned it into a candy bar. Caramel and honey-roasted peanuts layered over Yia Yia's honey-soaked walnut base, then more caramel and more peanuts over the top.

Sweet, salty, chewy, crunchy, then honey. National Peanut Day was yesterday, and this is how we celebrated it.

Four new flavors drop tonight. ✨

It's International Chocolate Day AND National Peanut Day — so we leaned all the way in.

🥜 Honey Roasted Peanuts & Caramel — honey-roasted peanuts and caramel, like a candy bar (contains peanuts)
🍫 Triple Chocolate Dream — Nutella, white chocolate hazelnut, milk chocolate and crushed hazelnuts
🎃 Creamy Pumpkin Spice — the first pumpkin spice of the season
🍓 Strawberry Covered Chocolate — the chocolate-covered strawberry from the Valentine's box

Every piece hand-rolled in small batches by our family — five generations of doing it the same way.

Three of the four ship. Creamy Pumpkin Spice is too fresh to travel, so that one lives at the markets and our Colmar shop.

A peanut butter cup, with a crunch. 🥜

You know the one — the orange wrapper, the ridged edge, the way the peanut butter goes a little sandy in the best possible way.

We gave it a crunch. Milk chocolate and honey peanut butter over our honey-soaked walnut baklava, topped with more chocolate and peanut butter, Reese's Pieces and crispy peanut butter kataifi — shredded phyllo, toasted until it shatters.
