It's been awhile. While we are deep into renovations at LaSalle Market & Deli we are also working on reinventing Only Sweeter. With the introduction of coffee and baked goods this Winter we feel as if we need a more suitable name. This name will lean more into the history of Collinsville and encompass all we have to offer.

We will continue selling high quality coffee drinks using freshly ground beans from our friends at Perkatory Coffee and expand our bakery items; baked on premise. The BIGGER news is this Summer we will be making our own ice cream - small batch, fresh and all your favorite flavors. We are VERY excited for this new venture.

As always thank you for all your support at both LaSalle Market & Deli and Only Sweeter. We are looking forward to a wonderful summer in Collinsville!

It's time to look at Only Sweeter a whole lot different. We are not just an ice cream shop - we have fully transitioned to serving fresh baked muffins, danish and sweet treats.

We are proudly serving a full line of coffee drinks including Latte's, Cappuccino, Espresso, Americano, Cold Brew and Cafe Mocha's using PERKATORY coffee, a beloved local roaster.

Are you a tea person? We have a line of Harney Tea's you will LOVE. Try our January drink special The London Fog - steeped earl grey tea with a splash of vanilla topped with frothy steamed milk.
