Our Charcutables are the perfect lunch or dinner! They’re customizable, and such an easy grab when you just don’t feel like prepping or cooking. Charcuterie is such a fun way to feel elegant without a lot of effort (for you).

These are often available at the Sip, but can be ordered for any occasion! We’re perfect for back to school, staff appreciation picnics, parties, and more. Even camel rides!

*I do not recommend taking these to the moon, as my foods have not been tested in zero gravity*

I won’t lie, teaching makes me nervous, but I’m always SO happy at the end, when I realize I’ve been able to share some really valuable info. I also love seeing how different groups interact. I’d love to come teach your crowd, too!

You plan the party, I’ll bring the food!

I had so much fun planning this July 4th spread. My favorite part was working with my client to be sure all her guests were accommodated, including creating separate meat options to create safe choices for her vegetarian guests.

As a dietitian, I’ve spent my career helping people navigate dietary restrictions, and that has translated so beautifully to my charcuterie business. I love using my creativity and food background to create delicious and safe options for all my guests. I can work to do the same for your next event as well!
