Nachos of the week ideas: (feel free to give me some more!)
All nachos come with home made special cheese sauce

For upcharge all nachos can come with "the works" adding onion, tomato, black olive, lettuce, jalapeno and sour cream

Philly nachos: thin sliced montreal seasoned steak, grilled bell peppers and onion

Beef/chicken taco nachos: taco seasoned choice of meat (thigh or ground beef), and home made Pico de Gallo

Chili cheese nachos: home made slow cooked chili, fresh diced onion

BBQ chicken nachos: grilled or crispy chicken tossed in bbq sauce

Buffalo chicken nachos: grilled or crispy chicken tossed in buffalo sauce and drizzled with ranch

Smoked queso nachos: my smoked white queso recipe with tomato and green chili, topped with grilled jalapenos

Pulled pork nachos: slow smoked pulled pork tossed in bbq sauce

Pizza nachos: diced turkey pepperoni, marinara sauce drizzle

Fajita nachos: thin sliced fajita seasoned steak, grilled bell peppers and onion, home made pico

Up and coming food truck in CDA!! Juicy burgers and hand breaded chicken sandwiches, smash burger or chicken quesadillas, smoked chicken skewers, home made pasta and potato salad, NACHOS OF THE WEEK with my own special cheese sauce (that will also come with the quesadillas to dunk them in!) and many more weekly ideas and specials!! For anyone that knows me, yes I will have my mini cheesecakes and different desserts on special once in a while!! I look forward to continuing to feed this town in new and exciting ways 💚💚💚 We will keep everyone posted once we're set up and open for business!!
