One of the things we love most about Wyoming weddings is that they don’t always happen in traditional venues. Sometimes they happen under a tent, tucked into the mountains, surrounded by open skies and people you love most. 🤍

These photos are from a beautiful wedding we catered at Fiddleback Ranch, where the couple chose a taco bar for their guests. Even in remote location with no electricity, or a beautiful barn like the Fiddleback, we’re still able to create a quick, delicious experience that feels special and seamless.

Shaved ice has always been one of my favorite parts of summer. ☀️🍧

Growing up, my mom would make homemade flavors like jamaica, strawberry, guava, and more, and it quickly became one of those traditions and treats I looked forward to each summer. Years ago, I bought a small shaved ice machine for fun and ended up using it almost every single day. Over time, I learned how to perfect homemade syrups and flavors myself.

Now, I’ve upgraded to an industrial shaved ice machine, and it has become one of my favorite things to bring to summer parties, showers, birthdays, and events. There’s just something about an ice cold shaved ice on a hot summer day that makes people happy. For me, it also brings back great memories while making new memories.

One of our favorite ways to serve food is in traditional Mexican cazuelas. 🧡

These beautiful clay dishes not only keep food warm, but also bring a more authentic and welcoming feel to your event. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference especially for taco bars, rice, beans, and family-style meals.

Food is more than just food to me. It’s culture, tradition, and connection. 🧡

Wow what a crazy day! Today we had drop-off catering at a business in town (Birria, chicken adobado, rice, beans, salsa, agua fresca, and tres leches cake! 😍). Once we were finishing there, one of their partners requested last minute charcuterie!

Even with the short time notice, we made it happen! Although, these are the only photos we got for today!

Now I’m so happy to rest after a long, crazy day. Thank you to my family and friends who made today happen without any issues! And thank you everyone for the word of mouth referrals. It really means the world! ❤️🙌🏽
