Hippy Cow drop off for THUSDAY 5/15
(Some may show up earlier, but I’m taking a nice easy pace for production today 😄)

🍝 Double spaghetti
Organic spaghetti pasta noodles with spaghetti squash (raised in my garden last summer), mushrooms, kale, and a creamy garlic sauce.

🥦 🧀 Broccoli Cheese Soup
This classic soup is available in 8oz or 16oz containers. Onion, garlic, broccoli, carrot, garlic, hippy cow milk, Gouda, jack cheese, cheddar, nutritional yeast, & seasoning. The portion we kept back for ourselves we had with one of Hippy Cow’s vendor’s jalapeño cheese, bread, toasted, and it was amazing!

🥛Individual Labneh Board
Thick and luscious yogurt spread and topped with roasted tomatoes, garlic toum, cucumber, pine nuts, and olive oil. Grab some sourdough or crackers for this high protein meal!

No nuts used in this pesto of pumpkin seeds, basil, salt, oil, lemon juice, & Dijon mustard!

Coconut curry featuring lentil, cannellini, garbanzo, and sautéed veggies over steamed basmati rice with a rich coconut, tomato, and spice curry
This will be my breakfast and my dinner today! 😋
