This story started with a 1971 horse trailer and a vision that kept evolving.

After some trial and error, it became clear the name had to match what this trailer was turning into. Something bold. Something western. Something built for early mornings and late nights. That is how Bronco Bar + Brew came to life.

What began as a blank slate is now taking its final shape. Countless hours, careful details, and more than a few test pours have gone into bringing this trailer back to life.

Soon, Bronco Bar + Brew will be rolling into Brevard serving coffee by day and cocktails by night. A mobile bar built from a classic horse trailer and made for good drinks and even better gatherings.

We are in the final stretch, and we are taking you with us as it all comes together.

Saddle up. We are almost ready to ride.
