Trying to manage a restaurant and 2 toddlers wasn’t hard enough. I had to add a kids center into the mix 🙂

My dad, husband and I have been working on this TIRELESSLY for almost 2 months.

My dads put in more talent, hours, and effort than I can ever imagine or payback.
My husband learned construction and worked very hard
I put literally blood sweat and tears.

This one was hard. Balancing my restaurant (my sister has picked up all the slack and is a saint) and kids (gave up their summer, giving me mom guilt to the max) This pushed me to my limit mentally and physically.. (I even did a drop ceiling with insolation!!) I am FREAKING proud of the way it came out!!!. I am proud of myself for finally making this dream happen.

We open tomorrow and hardly anyone even knows I was doing this.

I haven’t posted on my old fan page in such a long time! But I wanted to give you an update on my life! I had a second baby. A baby girl named Pepper, she’s the most smily best angel on earth. I moved back to Florida! And I bought and just opened a restaurant!! Yes all that in 1 year 🙂
It’s called Salty Sisters and it is located 24. N Brevard. Cocoa beach Fla 32920.. I’d love to come meet you or say hi and catch up again!

My sons first birthday party was this weekend. 2 things I’ve noticed after doing this party...1) you cannot fully appreciate your mom until you become one, and I really don’t care what anyone says about this. I thought I knew. And I didn’t. 2) now I know what places like Chuck E. Cheese stay in business. We all had a great time! Covid has made me really stop and take in this whole year of him being a baby. Everyone says “it flys by” and it didn’t, probably bc we really didn’t go anywhere. So I have been staying as positive as possible about covid. I don’t know how parents with 3-11 year olds are surviving this. My heart goes out to you
