I had to make a Texas Tw***ie, Mac and Cheese (From Blowin Smoke) with Pepper Jack and Havarti Melt with their pickled red onions, and of course that Raúl Sauce to round it out.

Guess who’s back in the kitchen?

Jalapeño Kitchen is returning for Southern Roots Salons Ghouls' Night Out, and we’re setting up inside the Moonlight Equilibrium Labs booth!

Join us under the fall night sky at Southern Roots Salon on Saturday, October 17
4 PM – 9 PM

Here’s what we’re bringing to the table:

Creamy Soups: The Crimson Serum & The BeeGee Conspiracy

Epic Melts: The Variable Melt (custom built by you) or try our signature meltdowns or just a Plain Grilled Cheese for $10

The Fan Favorite: The Original Sloppy Papi—saucy, chaotic, and smothered in Raúl Sauce. (Original Bodega Flyer pictured. It now comes on Grit & Crumb Sourdough)

Grab some food, shop local vendors, and come hang out with us!

We haven't been on this page much, but we have been busy with life in general and other facets of food currently.

But we are still here.

We are building it back.

Slower.
Better.
More organized.
More Planned Out.
Trial runs until correct.

In the meantime here is first test run of another concept in the works.

We are planning on doing tamales real soon savory, and our specialty, sweet tamales. So

The time has come to Revamp Jalapeño Kitchen.

We will be sharing our plans soon so you can continue to be able to enjoy goodies from us.

In the meantime, follow Moonlight Equilibrium Labs, our inaugural brand.

Through our friends at Grit & Crumb, we have been allowed to see what we can do in the realm of Farmers Markets. We thank them tremendously for the opportunity. Response has been mind blowing, so we are working on more stock. Handcrafted preserves, signature seasoning blends, seasoned salts, and so much more.
