You only think you don’t like turkey.
This Saturday at the Cloverdale Car Show, we’re serving smoked turkey breast with a peppered crust, clean smoke, and the kind of moisture that runs across the cutting board when we slice it.
No dry turkey. No holiday leftovers. This is Black Oak turkey.
We’ll also be serving our chopped brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, with more of the menu dropping soon.
