It has come to our attention that a recently deleted post on a community page, had singled our business out in a way that could’ve been taken negatively.

When we spoke to this person, we were unavailable on the requested date due to a large wedding order on the same weekend. We understand the frustration that can happen when the business you want is not available but unfortunately we have a limited capacity on the amount of baked goods we can deliver per weekend due to time and size constraints. They have reached out and apologized and if we had the capacity, we would take the order but regrettably we do not have the time to do so.

Here at Frosted Dreams Home Bakery, we take pride in our work and always strive to deliver custom tailored designs with quality of ingredients and products. We always encourage our clients to reach out as early as possible to reserve their dates on our calendar since we are very busy and have limited availability.

As always, we appreciate all of our customers and hope to continue to receive your business! ❤️
